General Provisions
1.1 These Terms form a legal agreement between the by77 platform ("we", "our") and the user ("you", "player").

Account Registration
3.1 When opening an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms.
3.2 It is your responsibility to keep your account password strictly confidential. You are personally responsible for all activities carried out through your account.
3.3 If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact by77 Support immediately.
3.4 Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
Account Verification
4.1 by77 may request documents for identity verification at any time. This process is necessary to ensure account security.
4.2 The following documents may generally be required for verification:
- A clear copy of your National ID (NID) or passport
- Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
- Proof of ownership of the payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket)
4.3 Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.
4.4 If any submitted document is found to be false or forged, the account will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited.
Deposits & Withdrawals
5.1 The payment methods currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals on by77 are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500 — this applies equally to each payment method.
5.3 Deposited funds will only be returned to the same payment method used to make the deposit.
5.4 Using a payment method that does not match the account ownership is prohibited. For example, third-party bKash or Nagad accounts may not be used.
5.5 by77 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and investigate any unusual transactions. Additional verification documents may be requested during this time.
5.6 Any additional charges arising from currency conversion or international transactions are the user's own responsibility.
Bonuses & Promotions
6.1 by77 offers a welcome bonus for new players: a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
6.2 Bonus example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,500. If you deposit ৳28,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 and your total balance will be ৳48,000.
6.3 Wagering requirement to withdraw a bonus: you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. For example, for a ৳1,500 bonus, a total of ৳22,500 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
6.4 Bonus eligibility: each bonus offer has specific conditions that are clearly stated at the time the offer is presented.
6.5 If bonus abuse is suspected (for example, if a betting pattern appears unusual), by77 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit any associated winnings.
6.6 Making unnecessarily large withdrawals from your own funds while a bonus is active may disrupt the bonus process.
6.7 All promotional offers are valid for a specific period. Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
Gaming Rules
7.1 by77 offers sports betting, live casino, slots, and other game categories. Each game category has its own specific rules, which you can view when opening the game.
7.2 Winnings displayed incorrectly due to a technical error in the software will not be counted. In such cases, by77 reserves the right to determine the correct outcome.
7.3 Sports betting rules:
- Bets may be placed before an event starts, or during an event if the live betting feature is active.
- Pre-match bets will not be accepted on any event that has already started.
- If a match or event is cancelled or postponed, the associated bet will generally be considered void and the balance will be refunded.
- The decision of the governing body that determines the outcome of an event is final.
7.4 Any bets or winnings accumulated as a result of a technical malfunction in a game will be considered void.
VIP Program
8.1 by77's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
8.2 Weekly cashback benefits for each tier:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
8.3 Advancement to a VIP tier depends on consistent activity. by77 reserves the right to review and, where necessary, adjust VIP status.
8.4 VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the associated account.
8.5 by77 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time. Players will be notified before changes take effect.
Prohibited Activities
9.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the by77 platform:
- Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of improperly exploiting bonus offers
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to operate games
- Using the platform for money laundering or to clean illegally obtained funds
- Deliberately exploiting any vulnerability or technical flaw in the platform
- Engaging in harassing or inappropriate behaviour toward other players
- Colluding with other players to gain a strategic advantage through combined betting
- Falsely impersonating an officer or representative of by77
9.2 If suspicious activity is detected, by77 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the relevant account until the investigation is complete.
